Refund policy


Write us at and we will indicate the steps to follow in case you wish to return an item. The jewels must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding label and ticket. The return of earrings is not accepted for hygiene reasons. As well as the return of personalized - Made to Order items will not be accepted.
To request a refund, you must first have received the merchandise.

WorldWide: In the event that the size of your item is not adequate, there is no problem in making a change, but in this case the shipping costs will be at your expense. As we don’t want that happen, we have a size guide on each product to help you find your size without difficulty.

Spain: If the size of your item is not suitable, making an exchange is not a problem. We will cover all the shipping costs.

The deadline for any change and / or return is 14 days from the date of receipt.

Once the return is approved (the article must be in perfect condition and have the internal labels) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days

Rí reserves the right not to make the returns communicated effective within 14 days of delivery, or of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent.

Sample Sales are final Sales.

We do not refund packages lost in transit.

We cannot refund or replace stolen packages or unrecovered packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and secure.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued when returned to and incur a reshipment fee.
