SHIPPING INFORMATION

Each item is handmade and made to order, so our products ship within 15 business days of purchase from A Coruña, Spain.

All orders have a 1-2 business day processing time.

Shipping rates are determined at checkout. All orders are shipped with tracking, and tracking details will be provided via email once the order has been submitted.

NATIONAL CUSTOMERS (Spain)

  • Shipping on request: Up to 15 business days.
  • All domestic orders are shipped via courier with tracking and delivery confirmation via signature.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

  • Made-to-Order shipping: Up to 15-20 business days.
  • Although we ship within the estimated timeframe, international delivery times depend on customs clearance, which may cause unpredictable delays. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
  • For any customs-related delays, please contact your local customs office.

CUSTOMS & TAXES
  • Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred.
  • We do not refund packages lost in transit.
  • We cannot refund or replace stolen or undelivered packages that have been confirmed as delivered.Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
  • We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If a package is returned to Rígido due to an incorrect address, it will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
