Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items ready to ship purchased from RIGIDO are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. You may try on jewelry at home, but please handle it with care, as these are delicate pieces.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings or of personalized or made-to-order items.
All returns must include the original brand box and inner tags, which must also be in perfect condition, as they are considered part of the product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the item is properly shipped and arrives in perfect condition at the address provided by email once the return request has been approved.
Once the item is received and inspected to confirm that it meets all the stated conditions, we will proceed with the corresponding refund.
Original shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.
RIGIDO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. If your return is not accepted, you will be notified by email.
All sample sales are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Special sizes that differ from those available on our website cannot be exchanged or refunded.
INITIATING A RETURN
How to return an item
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at hello@rigido.es
In your email, please include:

Your order number

The name and size of the item(s) you wish to return
Return process
Once your return request has been approved, our customer service team will provide you with the return shipping address by email.

Place the item(s) inside the original brand box. Do not place multiple items in the same pouch, as they may scratch during transit.

Place the brand box inside a sturdy cardboard box, preferably the original shipping box, and seal it securely.

Ship the package using your preferred carrier. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels in transit.
EXCHANGES
SPAIN
If your item size is not suitable, you may request an exchange within the stated period. We offer one free size or product exchange per order.
INTERNATIONAL
If your item size is not suitable, you may request an exchange. However, in this case, all shipping costs will be covered by the customer. To help you choose the correct size before purchasing, we provide a size guide on each product page.
IMPORTANT NOTES

We do not refund parcels lost in transit.

We cannot refund or replace stolen or unclaimed packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.

We are not responsible for items not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If an item is returned to rigido.es due to an incorrect address, it will be resent at the customer’s expense.
