RIGIDO's bespoke service proposes a shared creation process, in which you can be involved from the beginning.
Each piece is developed as a unique design, with its own identity and personal meaning.
It is designed for those who connect with our aesthetic language and wish to introduce their own references or ideas, allowing the process to evolve naturally until it results in a unique jewel.
Throughout the process, we'll guide you in shaping a piece that reflects your vision. To do this, we'll begin with a few questions to understand your starting point and guide our proposal.
From there, we arrange a private appointment, either in our studio in Coruña or via video call, with our specialist in custom-made pieces.
During the consultation, we define the essential elements of the design with you and lay the foundations of the project with expert advice.
CUSTOM CUSTOMIZATIONS
You can use one of our designs as a base and adapt it by changing the stone or the metal. We work with gold in its various shades and with platinum, incorporating the gemstone of your choice. This is a way to personalize a piece of jewelry while maintaining the original design, at a lower cost than a completely custom-made piece.
PROCESS
Our process is deeply artisanal through the use of these historical techniques. RIGIDO aims to create modern design proposals that represent simplicity and innovation. Each piece of jewelry is created directly in our workshop, entirely by hand.
Due to the artisanal nature of our work, we do not use technical drawings and invite the client to trust our creative process.
After the initial appointment, we will carefully review all the information and send you a quote via email.
PRECIOUS STONES
The gemstones are selected at the beginning of each piece, either from our collection or through a specific search. The selection is shared and validated with the client before we begin.
We do not work with stones provided by the client.
FINISHED JEWELRY
Customizing an existing design typically takes between 6 and 8 weeks, including sourcing stones when necessary. For RIGIDO's fully bespoke service, the process can take up to 12 weeks once the design and gemstones have been finalized.
Once your piece is finished, we'll invite you to the studio to deliver it to you in person. If you can't come, we'll send you images by email and arrange for the secure shipping of your new RIGIDO piece.
PRICES
Our custom parts service starts at €1000.
The cost of customizations depends on the chosen design and the complexity of the requested changes. Our team will be happy to guide you in tailoring the proposal to your specific budget.
All custom, personalized, or redesigned orders require a 50% deposit to begin production, which is requested once the quote has been confirmed via email. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the piece, either at collection or before shipping.
Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days and deposits are non-refundable.
