RIGIDO's bespoke service offers a shared creation process, in which you can be involved from the start.
Each piece is developed as a unique design, with its own identity and personal meaning.
It is designed for those who connect with our aesthetic language and wish to introduce their own references or ideas, letting the process evolve naturally to create an unrepeatable jewel.
Throughout the process, we guide you in shaping a piece that matches what you have in mind. To do this, we start with a few questions that allow us to understand the starting point and guide the proposal.
From there, we schedule a private appointment where you will join Carla for a design consultation to share your inspiration, preferences, and budget.
During the consultation, we define the essential design elements with you and lay the foundations of the project.
BESPOKE CUSTOMIZATIONS
You can take one of our designs as a base and adapt it by changing the stone or metal. We work with gold in its various shades and with platinum, incorporating the gem you prefer. This is a way to personalize a piece of jewelry while maintaining the original design, at a lower cost than a completely bespoke piece.
PROCESS
Our process is deeply artisanal. By using these historical techniques, RIGIDO aims to create modern design proposals that represent simplicity and innovation; each piece of jewelry is created directly in our workshop, entirely by hand.
Due to the artisanal nature, we do not work with technical drawings and invite the client to trust our creative process.
After the initial appointment, we will carefully review all information and send you a quote by email.
GEMSTONES
Gems are defined at the beginning of each piece, either from our collection or through a specific search. The selection is shared and validated with the client before starting.
We do not work with stones provided by the client.
FINISHED JEWELRY
Customizing an existing design usually takes 6 to 8 weeks, including stone sourcing when necessary. For RIGIDO's fully bespoke service, the process can extend up to 12 weeks once the design and gems are defined.
When your piece is finished, we will invite you to the studio to personally deliver it. If you cannot come, we will send you images by email and arrange for the secure shipping of your new RIGIDO piece.
PRICES
Our bespoke service starts at €1000.
The cost of customizations depends on the chosen design and the complexity level of the requested changes. Our team will be happy to guide you in adjusting the proposal to a specific budget.
All custom, personalized, or redesign orders require a 50% deposit to begin manufacturing, which is requested once the quote is confirmed by email. The remaining amount is paid upon completion of the piece, either upon collection or before shipment.
Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days, and deposits are non-refundable.
