About

Local and Artisanal Production

Our unique designs are handcrafted in Spain, in a region known for its traditional craftsmanship. We revive this way of working by collaborating with local artisans, all using sustainably sourced materials and a new aesthetic. We strive to produce lasting, handcrafted pieces with unique and experimental designs.

All our pieces are made from recycled silver, and all the wax used in the manufacturing process is reused. Let's not forget that jewelry is never destroyed; the gold and silver are melted down to be reshaped and reused. They are never wasted.

The casting process

Inspiration

Each collection is born from an inspiration given by the materials themselves; the goldsmith's waxes are shaped manually, like small sculptures that must be molded to achieve their final form.

Wax casting

Carla, founder and designer of RIGIDO, hand-casts each piece in wax, recreating natural forms. Each piece becomes a small work of art, with many hours of work dedicated to achieving a perfectly imperfect result.

Local artisans

Once the wax piece is ready to be cast into the final metal (silver/gold), it is transferred to the artisan workshops at our foundries, just 20 km from ours.

Polished

Once our pieces leave the foundry, they undergo a finishing process in our workshop, so they're perfect and ready to shine.

Fully recycled, recyclable, and reusable packaging. You can reuse or recycle them because they're made of LDPE.
